We would like to inform you that we have updated the ARTWIN auto service management system. This update introduces system improvements and new features designed to make daily workshop operations even more convenient and efficient.
We invite you to review the main changes introduced in this update below.
1. A new invoice export feature has been added to the system. This functionality allows you to quickly and conveniently export issued invoices in a selected format suitable for further data processing or transfer to accounting. It reduces the need for manual work, ensures more accurate data transfer, and allows smoother integration of workshop financial data into other accounting processes.

2. The system now allows the creation of product groups. When creating a product card, it is possible to assign it to a specific product group, enabling clearer structuring of the product catalog and more convenient data management. The product list can also be filtered by product group, allowing users to find required items faster and making work with larger product inventories simpler and more efficient.

3. We have updated the product card to make product management even more detailed and flexible. From now on, an unlimited number of codes can be assigned to a single product, including OEM codes and alternatives, making it easier to identify and locate required parts. New fields have also been added to the card: manufacturer, maximum stock level, condition, and expanded measurement units, providing more control over inventory management. Additionally, cross-referencing of products by OEM code is now available, allowing faster selection of alternative parts and more efficient work with different suppliers.

4. The client card configuration has been extended with new fields that are managed through the main system settings. This provides greater flexibility in adapting client information to workshop needs, enables more precise collection of important data, and ensures more convenient use of this information in daily processes.

5. Document date fields have been added to write-off and return operations. This improvement allows more accurate recording of inventory movement timing, ensures clearer accounting, and facilitates better traceability when performing product write-off and return operations.
6. The purchase window has been improved to make purchase management more convenient and efficient. Information is now structured more clearly, key data is easier to see, and the overall process is faster, making both purchase registration and control smoother and simpler.

7. The system now includes a purchase order feature that allows working with delivery notes even when the invoice is received only at the end of the month. Multiple purchase orders can now be linked to a single invoice, simplifying inventory accounting, order tracking, and the consolidation of monthly financial data. This feature is particularly useful for workshops that frequently order and process large quantities of goods using delivery notes, ensuring smoother supply and accounting process management.

8. Integration of purchase invoices with Robolabs has been implemented. Purchase data is now automatically synchronized with the accounting system, reducing the need for manual data entry, preventing errors, and speeding up accounting processes. This integration helps workshops manage finances more efficiently and seamlessly connect purchase information with accounting.
