Integration with the RoboLabs accounting software

The Artwin system is integrated with RoboLabs – a modern accounting software that enables automated exchange of financial data between the auto repair shop and the accounting department.

What the integration includes:

Sales invoice transfer – All invoices issued in the Artwin system are automatically transferred to RoboLabs for fast and accurate accounting processing.

Purchase invoice transfer – All supplier purchase invoices created by service staff in Artwin are also automatically transferred to RoboLabs. This allows the accounting department to immediately receive complete information about service expenses and register them in the accounting system without additional manual work.

Payment information synchronization – Artwin receives information from RoboLabs about completed payments. This allows users to see which customers have already paid, without manual checking or data entry.
