We are pleased to present the latest enhancements and functionalities of our system, which will help you to manage your daily processes more efficiently and improve the quality of your work.
1. A new labour category – aesthetic maintenance – has been introduced. It is now easier to classify services such as polishing, interior cleaning, or other aesthetic tasks. This helps track service execution more accurately and improves customer service.
2. Mechanics can now upload photos related to vehicle repairs directly from their accounts – faster, more conveniently, and more clearly documenting the work process or defects. This saves time and reduces the risk of data loss.
3. Photos can now be added not only to repair orders but also directly to the vehicle card. This makes it easier to store the entire visual history in one place.
4. A new integration with LocTracker is now available. You can track vehicle mileage and plan maintenance directly in the system. This helps manage maintenance schedules more efficiently and ensures vehicles remain in good condition.
5. It is now possible to track tire wear – both with and without LocTracker. When using LocTracker, mileage and tire wear data are updated automatically. Without it, tire wear data is synchronized based on mileage from repair orders. This allows for more accurate assessment of tire condition and timely replacement planning. Only trucks and trailers are supported.
6. A new configuration in the general settings prevents an invoice from being issued if the labour hasn’t been assigned to an employee. This helps avoid mistakes and ensures a more accurate work tracking process. This feature works only for labours marked as “assignable without scheduling.”
7. It is now possible to analyze revenue by employee, based on the labour creation and assignment dates. This helps better assess each employee’s contribution and optimize overall performance.
8. New fields have been added to the vehicle card: insurance expiry date, technical inspection date, tachograph check validity, and the vehicle’s current registration country. This makes it easier to keep track of essential information in one place and avoid missing important deadlines.
9. When creating a vehicle card, a VIN decoding counter is now displayed, helping you monitor how many decodings have been used. As a reminder, each license includes 20 free VIN decodings every month.
10. When filtering items by a specific shelf, you will now see only the quantity that is actually on that selected shelf. This helps locate items faster and manage warehouse stock more accurately.
11. You can now create reminders – both personal and related to a specific vehicle. The system will automatically notify you at the scheduled time. This helps avoid forgetting tasks and ensures smoother organization of work.
12. It is now possible to attach the relevant document or file to a specific purchase, and then export the purchase documents by selecting the relevant dates as required. This makes it easier to store and access all purchase-related information in one place.
13. Data in the system now synchronizes faster and more accurately. The updated real-time technology allows information to update immediately – without delays or unnecessary load. Everything works smoothly and in real time.
