As we have been developing our car service management software, we would like to introduce you to a new functionality that is already available in your licences.

1. As we mentioned some time ago, we have integrated VIN decoding into the software. This means that users have the possibility to decode the VINs of their vehicles. As we wrote before, each licence comes with 20 free VIN decodes every month.

In addition to the VIN decoding service, vehicle card information has been added to give users as much information as possible about the vehicle.

2. A new artificial intelligence recommendation assistant. This functionality will help Managers to remind or recommend certain important points in a specific case. Each case has 3 recommendations or notes and they are updated every 10 minutes when new information is entered. We hope you find the Recommendations Assistant helpful.

3. For users who use the integration with Rivile. Now when you make a subcontract purchase, you have the option to select the VAT on the purchase invoice. This will provide accurate data transfer and flexibility. All other users can also use this functionality.
