We are pleased to announce the release of a new update of our workshop management software. We have taken into account your wishes and added several useful features that will make your work even more convenient and efficient. Thanks to these changes, your car repair shop will be able to serve your customers faster, keep records more accurately and optimise work processes.
Let's take a closer look at what features are available in the new version and how they will help you in your daily work.
1. We are pleased to introduce a new module in data analytics - Labours. This module gives you the opportunity to analyse data on completed labours using convenient graphs and charts. Now you can see how much you have sold and how much you have earned by specific categories, as well as visually evaluate the results of your activities.

Detailed analysis: The module allows you to analyse data for each customer and vehicle, which helps you better understand your customers needs and tailor your services.
Data visualisation: We've added graphs and charts to help visualise sales and revenue performance. You can easily see which categories of work are generating the most revenue.
Discounts and Losses: You'll be able to track how much money you've lost on discounts to help optimise pricing and improve profitability.
Subcontracts: The module provides information on subcontract revenues for all suppliers, allowing you to evaluate your performance with external partners.
This module enables you to make more informed decisions and improve your business processes, which will ultimately improve the profitability of your workshop.
2. We have redesigned the process for adding labour and generating time for an employee's scheduling. The hours sold now match your employee's time in the scheduler. You still have the option to sell labours by pcs., but now you need to specify a time for scheduling.
This logic will allow car service centres to receive more accurate and detailed KPI's in the future, as well as display case-specific statistics directly in the case. This improves time planning, optimises employee workload and promotes more efficient resource management, which ultimately has a positive impact on the quality of customer service. This module enables you to make more informed decisions and improve your business processes, which will ultimately improve the profitability of your workshop.
3. We have added the Operations module, which allows you to track all operations not only in the scheduler or board, but also in a convenient table. Now users can see the entire list of operations in one place and quickly find the necessary ones using a variety of available filters.
The new module Operations simplifies control over all processes of the car service centre. The tabular displaying helps to work with data in a more flexible way: filters allow you to quickly find necessary operations by status, time, performer and other parameters. This reduces the time required to search for the necessary information and helps to plan tasks efficiently, improving the management of car service resources.
4. A new category for commodities has been added to the Warehouse - Paint Materials. Now all consumables for painting and bodywork can be accounted for and stored separately from other items.
This category helps to better organise stock control by separating paints from other parts. This makes it easier for employees to find the right items, track stock levels and replenish stock in a timely manner, which speeds up paint jobs and improves control over material consumption.
5. We have changed the colour of the SIGN OUT button in the Workshop Desk module, through which employees log in to their profiles. The button is now more visible, which reduces the likelihood of accidentally logging out of a profile.tunco
This small but important improvement helps avoid accidental logouts, keeping workflow uninterrupted. This allows employees to work faster and more confidently with the software, focusing on tasks without unnecessary distractions.
6. We have added synchronisation of the timer with the operation status. Now, when an employee starts the timer in his/her profile, the status of the operation automatically changes to In progress. This allows you to avoid inconsistencies when the timer is started but the operation is not yet displayed as in progress.
Synchronisation of timer and operation status helps to accurately track the real time of tasks and eliminates errors due to status discrepancies. Now managers always see up-to-date information on the progress of operations, which simplifies planning and control of work execution, improving the overall efficiency of the car service.
7. New body types - Bus and Minibus - have been added to the online booking widget. Now customers can select these options when booking for service, which is especially convenient for owners and companies working with large vehicles.
With the addition of these body types, the car service can better target the needs of customers with large vehicles. This simplifies the online booking process, making it more accurate and understandable for customers, which increases the likelihood of a successful booking and improves the service's load planning.
8. We have added an Authorised Devices module that allows users to view all devices from which they have logged in and, if necessary, remove access for any of them.
This module helps users control access to their account, improving overall system security. The ability to track and manage authorised devices reduces the risk of unauthorised access and allows you to respond quickly to any suspicious activity, ensuring the protection of your workshop data.
9. We have implemented the ability to add a labour code when creating a case. Now employees can easily enter a unique code for each labour, which will help in organising internal work.
The code of work simplifies internal organisation, allowing employees to more accurately identify and manage tasks. This helps minimise errors and increases productivity, which has a positive impact on the overall customer service process.
10. In the Workshop Desk module, which is used for authorisation of employees in the program, we have added a filter by workshop. Now administrators can configure the authorisation window more conveniently and efficiently.
The workshop filter allows administrators to easily manage employee access, simplifying the authorisation process. This increases security and provides a clearer organisation of work in the workshop.
11. We have improved the export of the Commodity Turnover Statement and added a commodity category to the export. Users can now receive data in a more correct and detailed format.
Improved bill of lading export provides greater accuracy and granularity of data, minimising the potential for errors and simplifying reporting. This allows you to communicate more effectively with suppliers and customers, and focus on maintaining and managing your workshop without unnecessary delays.
12. We've added a new filter to the scheduler that makes operations with a selected status less visible. This improves the displaying operations of other operations and helps you focus on more pressing tasks.
This filter improves the usability of the scheduler, allowing employees to manage their time and tasks more efficiently. Simplified displaying operations helps to better organise the workflow and contributes to the productivity of the workshop.
13. We have updated and improved our vehicle database to provide more accurate and up-to-date vehicle information. This update includes new models, improved features and additional information to help you with your customer service.
The updated database makes it faster and easier for your car service staff to find the information they need about vehicles, which improves customer service. You can now accurately identify vehicles, better understand their needs and offer the most appropriate services. It also facilitates more efficient job scheduling and improves the overall productivity of your workshop.
14. We have updated our database of Lithuanian legal entities by adding up-to-date information about companies, their contact details and other important details. This update allows us to provide more accurate and complete data on legal entities in Lithuania.
